Jake was brilliant, and very polite despite my working from home and waving him in while on a work conf call when he came to quote! Works done quickly. No evidence of work done. Tidied up brilliantly and job done very well and neatly. Charming guy and very happy having him round the house doing works (not always nice being a woman home alone with a male tradesman in the house). Processes not as detailed as some other plumbers who quoted but don’t let that steer you. Jake kept things simple, answered all questions I had and did a great job at a very reasonable price. I had a blocked drain, so I called Jake that night and the very next morning as agreed he showed up and cleared it for me. Very professional service and a very friendly man. I have used Jake previously and would highly recommend him to anyone.
